4 steps to apply to be a student at Columbus Academy of Dental Assisting
Applying to the program is the easy part. Once you get in is when the hard work starts. Learning everything you need to be a great dental assistant! Here are the steps you can follow to become a student at Columbus Academy of Dental Assisting:
- Schedule a tour to come see us and sit down to answer any questions you may have so you can make sure our program is the right one for you.
- Confirm that you have graduated from high school and can provide your diploma to us so you can become radiology certified.
- Give proof of your Hepatitis B vaccinations or provide a titer saying you are immune. If you have never received any of the vaccines, you must start the first of three series before the first day of class. You can usually get these at CVS or Walgreens minute clinic or schedule an appointment with your primary care physician.
- Fill out and sign the enrollment agreement and pay the registration fee and books/supplies fee for a total of $275.00. We will ship your dental assisting book to your house and email your voucher for your scrubs.
Then just show up on the first day of class and start learning all things teeth!!! We promise you won’t get bored. Each one of our instructors brings something different to the table, teaching you different ways to do the same thing so that you can find which way YOU learn best. This is important to us.
